CBI Co-organized Global Customer Engagement Survey

Customer is the lifeblood of a company. Customer engagement is widely seen as a way of deepening and enriching a product or service offering and a method for gaining customer insight.
 
The 3rd Online Customer Engagement Survey, organized by UK based digital agency cScape and online publisher E-consultancy, came to China for the first time! cScape invited CBI as the only partner in China to help them organized their survey in China.  
 
The questions in "Online Customer Engagement Survey" covered the aspects of Customer Engagement Strategy, Customer Engagement and the Economy, Tactics and Initiatives etc. CBI involved in the work of translating and editing the Chinese version survey and promoting it to dozens key management and economic websites like World Executive and China economy.cn. CBI built a bridge to help cScape and E-consultancy bring "Online Customer Engagement" to China, at the same time taking Chinese companies' voices about the customer engagement to the world.
 
Almost 1,300 respondents took part in an online survey over a five-week period, which increased 30% comparing with the last year. The final report was finished at the end of November. It analyzed the global customer engagement situation in 2008.
