GENERAL MANAGER OF SWEC VISITED CBI

On Oct. 25, 2004, Sigmund Zhu, CEO of Shanghai World Exhibition & Convention Co., Ltd., visited CBI. He introduced the organizing work of "Museum and Theme Exhibition Design Workshop 2004 (China)" and asked CBI to co-promote the event. The two parties also discussed about their future cooperation.

The workshop is to be held on Nov. 12 with the theme of "Winning Museum and Exhibition Design-from Concept through Development". In the years to come, propelled by World Expo, plenty of museums, theme exhibitions, theme parks and entertainment venues are to be constructed, renovated or extended. Accordingly, the plan and design of museum and theme exhibitions increases in importance and brings considerable prospect and market potential of this industry.
