CBi was honoured when design luminary Donald Norman took time out of his busy schedule to visit CBi's Shanghai offices.

As author of the seminal The Design of Everyday Things and with a career that has encompassed academic positions at Harvard and UCSD, key roles at Apple and Hewlett-Packard, and a booked-out speaking itinerary, Donald Norman is recognized as one of the key figures in human-centered design and its advancement.

Mr. Norman was given a personal tour of the CBi offices by founder Cathy Huang, met the CBi team and was shown some of the work that has made CBi a recognized leader in the field he has spearheaded for the last 50 years.

The words of praise from Mr. Norman for what he saw during his visit were an inspiration to everyone here.
