2019 SDN CHINA NATIONAL CONFERENCE

We are excited to be co-organizing the 2019 SDN China National Conference. For this year we help introduce and evolve the Service Design community in China. In recent months, at a national level Service Design has been placed in a category of important areas of development to help in transitioning the Chinese Economy.

With the Chinese economy going through exponential shifts, moving from a heavy reliance on Manufacturing and Goods, to embracing Services and Experiences. To be better positioned to create and capture value, we need to shift our own mindsets, tools and approach to maintaining relevance and unlocking exponential growth.
