What is a Jam?
On 24 February, 2012, people who are interested in service and using a design-based approach to problem solving and creativity will meet all over the globe. In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have 48 hours to develop brand new services inspired by a shared theme. On Sunday at 3pm, they publish them to the world.Learn more about the Global Service Jam
Who will join?
- Designers, students, academics, business people and anyone who has an open mind
- Anyone who wants to practice a hands-on approach to creativity and problem solving
- Anyone wanting to design a service or customer experience that could become a real business
How to join?
- Send an email to Lotta Ygartua with your name, job title, company and contact details
- Wait for an email confirming your attendance and more information (This will be sent to you at least one week before the Jam)
- Put the dates in your calendar
- Bring your printed confirmation, laptop and an open mind
