Creativity Knows No Borders! Top Russian Design Teams Visit the China Bridge Service Design Salon

This special event brought together an international delegation led by the co-founder of ADCONSULT, a multinational advertising consultancy, including 20 agency CEOs.
The cross-border gathering created a relaxed setting where design, ideas, and inspiration could flow freely over drinks — and demonstrated once again that creativity truly knows no borders.
Partnering with ADCONSULT to Share Inspiration and Explore the Future of Design
Founded in 2005, ADCONSULT is an international company providing professional training and consulting services for advertising, media, digital, and communications agencies, with the goal of advancing professional standards across the global advertising industry.
Since 2012, ADCONSULT has expanded its offering to include international study and exchange tours designed specifically for senior executives from advertising agencies and marketing companies.
Today, ADCONSULT has become an important connector within the global creative industry, bringing professionals to major creative hubs including Tokyo, New York, London, and Shanghai to broaden perspectives and open up new possibilities for collaboration and innovation.
During its visit to the China Bridge Service Design Salon, the ADCONSULT delegation demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and took part in eight hours of in-depth discussion and exchange around design and creativity.
The conversations generated new ideas and opened up possibilities for future cross-disciplinary collaboration.

During the evening gathering, the ADCONSULT team joined Cathy Huang, Founder of China Bridge, for an open discussion on the cross-industry applications of service design.
Over drinks, the two sides explored the potential of service design across a wide range of sectors.
Guided by Cathy, the delegation also toured the China Bridge office and gained a closer look at how service design can help organizations across industries improve user experience.

The ADCONSULT team showed particular interest in China Bridge’s Customer Journey Mapping approach.
They saw it as a powerful tool for helping companies visualize the entire service design process more clearly, enabling them to identify opportunities and improve customer experience more efficiently.
This international exchange not only strengthened the connection between the two organizations, but also created exciting possibilities for future collaboration in creativity and design.
