Innovation Training System of Five Elements

When re-scanning CBI's past 5 years in innovation management area, we are proud to find that we've already served over 100 companies in using the skills and techniques that CBI has been applying successfully to real-life innovation projects for clients since 2003.

CBI organized the elements of innovation into one system, which combines the western art and science of management and eastern traditional theories. We only preach what we practice, no complex text-book models here but simple, straightforward, practical learning that are grounded in experience. We help companies grow by building Innovation Capability on two core outputs:

- Innovating around the 'driving forces' of growth through research and Consulting services: such as vision and values embedding, competitive environments, industry trends and culture scanning.

- Increasing the overall innovation capability through training program and Study Tours and Events: leadership skills, creative processes, work environments and communications practices, plus how these factors work and interact as a system.
