"Innovation Management" Training Course for XCMG

October 25, 2008. CBI provided a training course for the design team of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Inc. (XCMG) on the subject of "Innovation Management".
The course was given by CBI's President Cathy Huang and CBI's Design Strategy Director Leo Liu. It discussed the concept and meaning of Innovation Strategy under the changing situation of China and the whole world. In addition it also analyzed the innovative design process of the advanced companies in developed countries and the important role it played. This course combined theory and practice together; students could find questions by communicating with each other, and try to solve them by cooperation.
The students of this course are senior engineers and heads of each products department of XCMG. During the class, they discussed the differences between the advanced design processes with their own, which also enriched the course. Many students said such training has given them an open mind for their future.
