CBi recently got experts in the automotive field thinking about the importance of sensorial impact in their designs.
Speaking as one of more than a dozen invited expert speakers at the ChinaPlastics in Automotive 2011 conference, CBi founder Cathy Huang introduced delegates to the links between the five senses and design.
Highlighting that designs often focus only on visual or auditory impact, Cathy used case studies and in-depth research carried out by CBi to deliver an enlightening and entertaining presentation on how to harness all five senses for the maximum impact on consumers.
Other experts joining Cathy as keynote speakers at the event on May 16 included Joe Hinrichs, Chairman/CEO of Ford China and President, Ford Asia Pacific; Du Cao, Vice President of the Research Institute of Chang’an Automotive Group; Ivo Naumann, Managing Director, AlixPartners Asia; and officials from Magna China in Shanghai, Tata Motors in India, and many more.
