“Executive Leadership, Team Building and Efficiency Improvement” Workshop

The workshop was part of a research for continuous growth and creativity improvement for contemporary enterprises. The research was planned to probe in to this matter from two perspectives, which consists of research of executive behavior and character of administration team. The research team has interviewed about 100 executives of private companies to gain first hand insight.

In the “talk with executives” session, Cathy presented a speech on how to build a high level management team to facilitate the growth of company. Cathy also shared with others her experience on how to cultivate and develop an efficient management team to create more value to company, which received wide appreciation.
